No Hassle Returns
If you
purchased from an Authorized Dealer or Retailer, please consult with them directly on their individual return policies.

 

For items purchased directly from California Heat, our refund & exchange policy is 30 days with a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. To process a return or exchange for items purchased directly from California Heat, please send an email to support@california-heat.com. Be sure to include all relevant information on the reason for your return, along with your name, address, and phone number, and what measures you would like us to take. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Extended Holiday Returns & Exchanges
For your convenience, we offer an extended return and exchange policy during the holiday season. Purchases made between November 21 and December 31 have an extended return period through January 14 of the following year.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as long as it agrees with the terms noted above. Your refund will be processed via the same method of purchase as the initial purchase.

 

Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the incorrect size. If an exchange is needed for sizing, and measurements were not done with a representative from California Heat, the shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Email support@california-heat.com with all relevant information on the reason for your exchange, your name, address, phone number, and what measures you would like us to take.
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.  

 

Shipping
Orders placed with California Heat are shipped within 2-3 days using either USPS or UPS and tracking information is emailed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once given the approval for a return or exchange, using USPS, mail your product to:  California Heat, LLC, PO Box 151, Pylesville, MD 21132. This address will not accept UPS packages. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise approved by California Heat. The timing to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
